Today is the day! March 31st, 2016 the doors at The Mahony are open. After a successful day yesterday of serving the Fairmont building tenants, Chef Brian Mahony opens the doors today to the public.

Stop in and meet owner and Chef Brian Mahony. Chef Mahony is a Western New York native who grew up in Williamsville. He spent 13 years on the West coast, graduating from the California Culinary Academy and was classically trained in French cuisine in the South of France. While out West he worked at four and five-diamond resorts including the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. More recently, Chef has been the Executive Culinary Director at the Salamanca Casino for 8 years leading up to his decision to open his own restaurant.
The Mahony is located in the Fairmont Creamery building at 199 Scott Street in Buffalo.
